Delivery Time

Delivery of local orders takes between two to four working days

We normally dispatch orders within two working days if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you of the best estimated time of dispatch through a call or email.

Returns

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at littleasiastore@gmail.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

Little Asia store offers a hassle free replacement policy in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.

In case of damaged/wrong shipment, Little Asia Store will bear the return shipping charges.

Little Asia Store will not be liable for any replacement if you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Proceed with the following steps in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:

1. Whatsapp us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at +923177306937 within 24 hours.

2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.

Items returned to us that are not eligible for an replacement will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
